Legal pork cut of meat

Legal pork cut of meat, for KCBS contest.

Please, please please, be sure you bring the right cut(s) of meat to the contest.
A lot of teams are practicing with pork collar*, this is a part of the Boston Butt, Boston Roast but on its own not a legal cut for the contest.

The Boston Butt, or Boston Roast is the upper part of the pork shoulder, including the shoulder blade and the pork collar is still on the shoulder.

The Picnic, is the lower part of the shoulder including the upper part of the front leg.

Whole shoulder is a whole pork shoulder, bone in.
(sometimes a meat supplier labels pre packed pork shoulder meat, as pork shoulder. this is not a whole shoulder and is not allowed)

Definition in the rules:

PORK: Pork is defined as Boston Butt, Boston Roast, Picnic and/or Whole Shoulder, weighing a minimum of four (4) pounds at the time of inspection.
